I followed the recipe to a T (other than adding cinnamon) and boom…I did NOT have a brick disguised as a loaf of banana bread…what I had, was just banana bread. Moist. Crunchy sweet crust. I slapped some butter on a piece and I was taken back to grandma’s house at thanksgiving 🙂 that made me happy. Very.
